Every project we deliver is accompanied by a written five-year warranty on cabinetry construction, finish, and installation workmanship. It is held by Redl Edmonton and honoured, when the occasion arises, by the same crew that built the kitchen.

What is covered
We stand behind the build.
- Cabinet construction — joinery, structural integrity and hanging hardware.
- Doors and drawer fronts — warpage and movement under ordinary household conditions.
- Drawer glides and soft-close hinges, supported by the original manufacturers.
- Finish — adhesion, durability and colour stability.
- Installation workmanship carried out by the Redl crew.
What is excluded
Plainly stated, without footnotes.
- Natural variation in wood grain, colour and figure.
- Damage caused by water intrusion, prolonged steam, or unvented appliances.
- Modifications, repairs or refinishing carried out by others.
- Reasonable wear consistent with years of daily use.

A direct line, never a form letter.

Write or telephone
Reach the showroom by telephone or correspond by email. A photograph and a brief description are sufficient to begin.

A designer attends
A member of the Redl studio will call upon you in your home, typically within the week, to inspect the matter in person.

The matter is settled
Repairs, refinishing or replacement are arranged and carried out by our own crew, at no expense to you.
The warranty is written down.
The relationship outlasts it.
