Only what you give us. When you reach out through our contact form, call the showroom, or email us, we collect your name, contact details, and what you've told us about your project. We do not buy data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

To reply to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, prepare a design and quote, and stay in touch about your project. If you become a client, we keep your project file (drawings, specs, finish selections) so we can support your kitchen long after install.

Only the Redl team. We never sell or rent your information. We share it with a service provider (for example, a stone supplier) only when it's required to deliver your project, and only the minimum needed.

This site uses a small set of essential cookies for basic functionality, plus privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies and do not build profiles for targeted advertising.

You can ask us at any time to see what we have on file, correct it, or delete it (excepting records we are legally required to keep). Email hello@redledmonton.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

We store your information on reputable, access-controlled systems and limit it to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps - and we tell you promptly if something goes wrong.

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
